Letícia has experience in the most diverse themes related to competition law, from the analysis and notification of complex mergers and merger control agreement (ACC) negotiations, defense from cartel investigations and unilateral conduct cases (abuse of a dominant position, exclusionary conducts, predatory pricing, etc.). She is also experienced in leniency agreements and TCC negotiations, as well as conducting internal investigations, designing and implementing antitrust compliance programs, and analyzing contractual risks and clients’ commercial practices. Her experience involves sectors, such as telecommunications, internet and technology, supplementary health and hospitals, life sciences, maritime transport and logistics, petrochemical industry, civil construction, means of payment, among others.

Letícia has an LL.M with a focus in competition law from New York University (NYU), was a Research Assistant for Professor Eleanor Fox (2013 – 2014), and holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from UniCEUB – Centro Universitário de Brasília. She also participates in IBRACs’ Committee on Unilateral Conducts and Mergers and collaborates with Women in Antitrust (WIA).
