Naiana represents clients in matters related to antitrust/competition and international trade. She worked on cases of trade defense and public interest, mainly for the evaluation of the steel sector. In the field of antitrust/competition, she has experience in cases in both in the administrative and judicial spheres, having worked in procedures regarding the notification of acts of concentration and in the defense of clients, who are targets of sanction proceedings. She also has experience in designing and implementing compliance programs, representing clients from various sectors, such as steel, auto parts, pesticides, internet and technology, among others.
Naiana holds a law degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in International Relations at the University of São Paulo.
