Mônica has experience in competition law, advising clients on various matters, such as anti-competitive practices, including negotiating agreements with authorities and concentration act notifications. She is also experienced in risk assessment of operations, commercial practices, and contracts.

Mônica graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of São Paulo – USP and was co-founder and a participant of the Study Group in Competition Law of the Law School from USP.
