Mônica has experience in competition law, advising clients on a wide range of matters, such as anti-competitive practices, including the negotiation of agreements with authorities and the notification of concentration acts. She also has experience in the risk assessment of operations, commercial practices, and contracts. 

Mônica graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) and was a co-founder and participant in the Competition Law Study Group at the USP Law School.
