Marcelo advises clients in matters related to competition law, having solid experience in mergers and acquisitions and administrative proceedings before CADE. He also works in corporate investigations related to anticompetitive conduct, such as cartels and unilateral conduct and litigation in the judicial sphere.

Marcelo holds a Bachelor of Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and attended the Training School of Public Law of the Brazilian Society of Public Law.
