Grinberg e Cordovil Advogados ‘(GCA) team was one of the pioneers in representing clients in antidumping investigations in Brazil. GCA has represented the domestic industry, importers, exporters, associations, and governments in antidumping, subsidies, and safeguard investigations, as well as tariff changes (including the List of Exceptions to the Common External Tariff (LETEC)). GCA operates before (i) the Ministry of Development, Industry and Commerce (MDIC), (ii) the Chamber of Foreign Trade (CAMEX), (iii) and the Ministry of Finance, precisely the Office of Economic Supervision (SEAE). In short, GCA’s work includes trade defense and international trade in a number of ways:
