Pedro Fileto advises clients on a wide range of matters related to competition law, such as the notification of merger transactions and investigations into anticompetitive practices. He has experience in civil and consumer litigation, including the drafting of legal documents, meeting procedural deadlines, and maintaining direct contact with clients and the judiciary. He handles civil proceedings in addition to providing legal advisory services. 

He holds a Law degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and participated in the 42nd Internship Program of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (PinCADE). He was also part of the award-winning team at the 2022 WIA–CADE Competition Law Moot Court. 

He was a member of the Competition Law Commission of the Minas Gerais Bar Association (OAB Minas Gerais) from 2022 to 2025.
