Luiz Felipe advises clients on a full range of antitrust/competition issues, such as merger notifications and investigations of anti-competitive practices, including negotiations of agreements with antitrust authorities, as well as risk assessment of mergers, commercial practices, and contracts. He also has experience in civil litigation, both in the judicial sphere and in arbitrations, along with negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
Luiz Felipe holds a master’s degree in Economic Law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais – UFMG, and he is also a Bachelor of Law from the same institution. He was an academic assistant in the subjects of Competition Law and Digital Markets in the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2018-2020), and he is a member of the Study Group in Regulation, Antitrust, and Public Policy at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. He is a former international student at the University of Rennes I (Rennes, France) (2017).
