Lilian has experience in antitrust/competition, advising clients on mergers and investigations of anti-competitive practices, including negotiations of agreements with antitrust authorities. Lilian also has experience in the risk assessment of operations, commercial practices and compliance. Lilian worked at Tribunal of Administrative Council for the Defense of Competition (CADE) as Advisor.

Lilian holds a specialization in Competition and Regulatory Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and a Bachelor of Law from the University of São Paulo (USP).
