Júlia represents clients in various matters related to antitrust/competition law, antitrust compliance, and international trade. She has experience in all types of administrative proceedings conducted by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade), including merger reviews, sanctioning proceedings, and settlement negotiations, both before Cade’s General Superintendence and its Administrative Tribunal. She has also worked with judicial proceedings, government affairs, administrative procedures, and compliance.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Federal University of Pernambuco. She serves as Manager of the Competition Committee of the North-Northeast Association of Economic Law (ANDDE). She participated in the 42nd edition of PinCade in 2023. She is the founder and former president of the Competition Law League of FDR (LDE-FDR). She is also a former CNPQ research fellow, having conducted research on regulatory coordination.
