Our partner Leonor Cordovil will participate in the 1st International Seminar on “Competition Law in the Brazilian Courts” as a speaker in the panel “Leniency, Cease and Desist Agreements – TCC, and the access to the Brazilian courts”. The seminar will discuss relevant and current issues involving the interface between the administrative and judicial spheres in matters related to the Brazilian competition law.
The event will be held by the Brazilian Institute for Competition, Consumption and International Trade Studies (IBRAC), Association of Federal Judges of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul (AJUFESP), School of Federal Judges of the 3rd Region (EMAG) and Center for Studies of Economic and Social Law (CEDES).
