She has experience in commercial defense and public interest assessment cases, particularly those involving the chemical sector. In the scope of antitrust/competition law, she holds experience in merger notification procedures and in defending clients targeted in sanction procedures, with an emphasis on regulated sectors, like the port and fuel markets.

Marta has a Bachelor of Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and is a participant in the Regulation, Antitrust, and Public Policy Study Group at the same institution.
