Experience

Naiana advises clients in various issues related to antitrust/competition and international trade demands. She has experience in cases of trade remedies and public interest assessment, especially those involving the steel sector. In the scope of antirust/competition law, she has experience in cases in both the administrative and judicial spheres, having worked in procedures for the notification of merger acts and in the defense of clients targeted by sanctioning processes. She also has experience in the design and implementation of compliance programs. Represents clients active in several sectors, such as steel, auto parts, pesticides, internet and technology, among others.
