Maria Luíza has experience in several issues related to Competition and Anti-corruption Law. In Competition, she mainly acts in the representation of clients before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) in mergers and administrative proceedings, as well as has experience in the competitive analysis of commercial policies of companies focusing on competition compliance, including policy review. In anti-corruption, she has experience internal investigations and due diligences focusing on anti-corruption compliance, as well as in the review of compliance programs.
