Masters’ Degree in International Economic Law from Université Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne. Specialized in Economic Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV (GVLaw). Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP.

Experience

Beatriz advises clients on a full range of antitrust/competition issues, as complex merger notifications and investigations of anti-competitive practices, including negotiations of agreements with antitrust authorities (leniency, settlement and remedies agreements).
Beatriz also provides legal advice on development and training of antitrust compliance programs, as well as on risk assessment of mergers, contracts and commercial practices. She advises clients in a number of industries, ranging from agribusiness, steel and fuel to electronic and audiovisual, among others.
