Academic Background

PhD Candidate in International Trade Law from the University of São Paulo - USP. Master’s Degree (LL.M) in Law and Economics from the University of Hamburg, University of Ghent and University of Bologna. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of São Paulo - USP.


Represents clients in several matters involving Brazilian competition law. More specifically, advises and represents companies and individuals in inquiries and administrative procedures before CADE, economic law litigation, submitting complex transactions to the Brazilian antitrust authorities, and internal investigations focused on antitrust compliance. Holds experience in the markets of internet/technology, logistics, energy, electronics, agribusiness, among others.
Provides legal assistance to national and foreign companies in matters related to Brazilian biodiversity law, more specifically in the regularization and adequacy of access to Brazilian genetic resources, associated traditional knowledge, as well as in matters involving benefit sharing obligations.
