What does CADE consider “simple” for the fast track?

Resolution 02/2012 of the Administrative Council of Economic Defense (CADE) establishes, in article 8, the hypotheses for analysis of economic concentration acts (“AC” – the acronym in Portuguese) by the fast track procedure. This procedure is reserved for cases of less competitive complexity and for those whose advantages are a shorter period of analysis (that must be concluded within 30 days, according to Resolution No. 16/2016), and this must be done in the simplest form.
