Grinberg Cordovil is pleased to announce the promotion of Beatriz Cravo to partner. Beatriz, who works in Competition Law and Litigation and Anti-Corruption Law, has been in the firm since its foundation and had the opportunity to represent national and international clients in various cases before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
Beatriz Cravo holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, specializing in Economic and Regulatory Law by GVLaw, and a Master’s degree in International Economic Law from the Université Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne. Her work includes merger control filings and investigations of anticompetitive violations, including negotiation of agreements with authorities (leniency, settlement agreements and agreements on merger control filings). Beatriz also advises clients in the preparation and training of antitrust compliance programs, as well as in risk analysis of transactions and commercial practices.
