Partner Mauro Grinberg and associate Daniel Athias participated as panelists in the “1st Conference of Antitrust Precedents” organized by the São Paulo Lawyer’s Institute – IASP.
The event discussed relevant themes, related to the judicial control of Cade’s decisions. In particular, a recent decision issued by the First Panel of the Brazilian Supreme Court (RE 1.083.955/DF) was debated. It argued that judicial courts should not review the merits of Cade’s condemnatory decisions.
