Brazilian chapter in the Private Antitrust Litigation Guide: private antitrust damage actions

Partner Karen Ruback and associate Daniel Tobias Athias from Grinberg Cordovil were invited by Thomson Reuters to write the Brazilian chapter for its Private Antitrust Litigation: A practical Law Global Guide on lawsuits regarding private antitrust damages. The authors provide a general overview on the matter, which is under extensive debates globally, addressing and providing details on specific issues such as: legal standing, civil liability, passing-on defense, standard of proof, collective actions and so forth.
